Rapper One (Jung Jae-won) has been completely off the radar for five years, leaving fans wondering, “Where did he go?”

He debuted in 2015 as part of the duo 1PUNCH with Kim Samuel, later joining YG Entertainment and gaining attention through Show Me the Money 4 and 5. Nicknamed the “flower boy rapper,” he quickly captured the public’s attention.
In 2017, he went solo with a dreamy and emotional concept, standing out as YG’s first solo male artist in 14 years.
But his talents didn’t stop at music. In 2018, he acted alongside Shin Eun-soo in tvN’s one-act drama “Anthology”, and in 2019, he played the lead in the film “Goodbye Summer.” He also appeared in the dramas A Korean Odyssey, Room No. 9, and Private Lives, showing promise as an actor.

Then, in 2019, he suddenly left YG and went independent, deleting both his official and personal accounts—disappearing from the public eye. At the time, he promised to “show his face without a break” through vlogs and other content platforms, but nothing ever followed.
His last known activity was on JTBC’s reality show “The Romance”, aired in February 2020.
Since then, there’s been complete silence. Fans have been expressing concern and curiosity online, saying things like, “Where is One oppa?”, “No comeback, not even a sign of life”, and “He even deleted all his accounts—seriously?”
For now, even the possibility of a comeback remains uncertain. Will he ever return to the spotlight?
